We want to inform you about an important issue concerning our DVR Set-top boxes, which have been reported to reboot unexpectedly. After investigating, we found that we need to disable the Verimatrix encryption on our IPTV servers as part of a planned upgrade to resolve this problem. This change is scheduled for November 25, 2024.
We apologize for the short notice regarding this service upgrade. However, it is essential for us to address this issue to ensure you receive the best possible service.
Please note that for our IPTV customers, any recordings made before December 21, 2023, will no longer function after November 25, 2024. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is a necessary step to fix the larger issue with the boxes.
