Getting Started
To begin, you'll need:
- Your full 10-digit account number (found on your bill)
- A security code – this is 045 plus the last four digits of your main landline telephone number
- If you don’t have a landline telephone with us, you can request a temporary security code by calling our business office at 563.285.9611.
Sign Up and Access
- After signing up, you can create your own User ID and Password for secure access to your account.
- You’ll also receive an email notification each month when your eBill statement is ready to view.
